Susie has been teaching at NCA for the past 7 years. Starting her eighth year, she has stepped into the role of Principal! She has her specialist in Special Education and uses that to support all learners at NCA. Susie has 3 dogs, 2 cats, and an amazingly supportive husband. NCA is a community she's blessed to be a part of, and she is so excited to be leading the NCA staff team and partner with families over the coming years.  

Nathan Olsen has been teaching for 12 years and holds a degree in Mathematics and Physical Education. He especially loves teaching Phys Ed. and encouraging students to stay active, work together and challenge themselves. Outside the classroom, Nathan is an avid gym-goer who can often be found enjoying a Diet Coke or an Iced Capp!

Ada Pucarin joined the NCA team in 2024, making the move from the public school system. After teaching Grades 1–2 for two years, she is excited to step into a new role this fall as NCA’s Language Specialist.  She grew up playing the violin, has an amazing accent you should ask about, and has two daughters who are part of the NCA community in Grades 7 and 8.

Tara Donches serves as NCA’s Kindergarten and UFLI Specialist. After teaching in the public school system, she made the move to Christian education and has loved being part of the NCA community. Outside of school, Tara enjoys spending time with her son and husband, and riding horses.

Suzanne Taylor brings many years of experience and a love of the French language to her classroom. She has four grown sons and two grandchildren, and enjoys serving at church alongside her husband. Outside of school, Suzanne is an avid gardener and a great baker, bringing in treats for the staff on an almost weekly basis.

Cindy Fox Fucile serves as NCA’s Music & Art Teacher and is thrilled to be part of the NCA community. A retired opera singer and concert pianist, Cindy brings more than 30 years of teaching and performing experience to her role which spans from Kindergarten through university level, giving her a passion for nurturing creativity and a love of the arts in students of all ages.

Outside of school, Cindy enjoys composing praise and worship music and spending time with her beloved cat, Johann “Sebastian” Boots.

Hannah Penner is a licensed Psychotherapist and mom of 3 who has been part of the NCA community since her oldest began Kindergarten. She officially joined the staff team in 2025, overseeing both Aftercare and Summer Camp programs.  Hannah is a new dog mom, and an avid runner.

Claire brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her role at NCA and also homeschooled her three children, who now range in age from 14 to 20. Outside of work, Claire enjoys crafting, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
